Staying with us

  • The minimum stay is 2 nights.
  • The maximum number of guests per property is 2.
    Please note: the accommodation and facilities of each unit at Dunaverty Rock are exclusively provided for up to two paying guests only. In the light of previous experience and to avoid any disappointment paying guests should not expect to entertain others in or at their unit during their stay.
  • No parties or events.
  • No smoking indoors.
  • We have a no pets policy with no exceptions.


The above prices include £10 of electricity thereafter there will be a charge as per meter reading at the end of your stay.

Arrival & Departure

The accommodation will be available from 16.00 on the day of arrival and must be vacated by 10.00 on the day of departure.

Deposit and Balance

A 50% tariff deposit is required to confirm your booking.  The remainder of the tariff is due 30 days before your arrival.  The accommodation will be reserved for you as soon as and only when a payment is received via bank transfer into Royal Bank of Scotland, Sort Code 831627, Account 00115977, Account holder Donald McLean.

A refundable damage deposit of £100 is required to stay at Dunaverty Rock.   The Damage Deposit may be used for any repair and/or replacement of the Property, furnishings, fixtures and fittings that are necessary after your stay and also any additional cleaning or unpaid electricity. There are two payment options. One can either include the refundable damage deposit along with your tariff or pay it in cash on arrival.   The damage deposit will be refunded on departure using the original method of payment. If not included with your tariff payment, it will be presumed that the refundable damage deposit will be paid on arrival.

Changes, Cancellations and Refunds

If you need to change the dates of your booking, you must let us know as soon as possible and we will do our best to accommodate you.

If you cancel your booking up to 30 days before your arrival, we will retain your deposit and return the balance unless we are able to re-market the property in which case you will receive a full refund.  If you cancel within 30 days of your arrival regrettably no refund will be possible

If for any reason, we need to cancel the booking you will receive a full refund.
